Here you’ll find all the important information on how the holidays affect orders and lab analyses:
- Lab analyses: Lab analyses will only take place on 12/23 and 12/27 during the holidays. Samples received after 12/23 can only be processed starting 12/27.
- Shipping of sample collection kits: Your sample collection kits will also be reliably shipped between the holidays so they’ll arrive on time.
- Test results: Due to holiday schedules, your results may be delivered a bit later than usual.
